Area Manager: Supervise multiple locations, manage locations, manage and motivate others, work with budgets, and problem solve on a broad scale. Requires five years of multi-site management experience. Some travel required.
Community Manager: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property. Maximize occupancy, collections, physical appearance and resident relations. Qualifications include a four-year degree or three years experience in related field. Accounting or bookkeeping and administrative background helpful. Ability to manage and communicate with people a must, and good verbal and written communication skills preferred.
Assistant Manager: Assist Community Manager in day-to-day operations. Functions include collecting and recording rent, updating rent roll, recording and completing work requests, handling resident questions and concerns, showing and leasing apartments, insuring compliance with law and policy. Qualifications include a high school education, accounting or bookkeeping and administrative background, computer skills, verbal and written communication skills.
Leasing Consultant: Lease apartments by motivating telephone inquiries into live, on-site prospects and convert into qualified residents. Functions include answering phones, recording daily traffic, and showing and leasing apartments. Basic knowledge of fair housing laws required.
Maintenance Supervisor: Supervise maintenance staff and organize work orders efficiently. Responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property. Qualifications include three to five years related supervisory experience and Special Boiler Operator License. CPO or AFO desired, second class Boiler Operator License preferred.
Maintenance Technician: Responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property and for ensuring its efficient operations. Qualifications include one to three months related experience, basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems and painting procedures as well as the ability to work with a team.
Caretaker: Maintain buildings and surrounding ground and maintain a pleasant atmosphere with residents. Must have experience in areas of plumbing, painting, electrical, grounds keeping and cleaning. Must be able to work the first and last days of the month for turnover of residents.
