My name is Melissa Adams-Goihl and I’ve worked for Dominium as a manager for 3 years. I enjoy working for Dominium as it gives me a challenging and satisfying career in property management. I appreciate the professionalism in which Dominium operates and that as a company, we strive for perfection in all that we do.

One thing that really impresses me about the company is that everyone truly seems to enjoy their job and take pride in their work. And I’ve never seen anyone that didn’t have a smile on their face when I’ve met them. I feel honored to work for a company that provides quality housing and professional service to all our residents!

I have worked for Dominium since October 2004.  I chose to work at Dominium because I felt they had great family values as well as a great training program.  I actually left my last company based on all the good things I had heard about Dominium.  When I interviewed with my (now current) manager, she stressed Dominium University and I thought that was awesome, especially since I used to be a trainer.

I love working for Dominium because everything I thought they were, they are. They are great at training all their employees and have great family values.  They encourage you to develop your skills on a daily basis and love to promote within.  This past year Dominium sent my husband and I on a cruise.  Who does that?

I’ve been in property management since 1980. Through the years I have worked for many companies, big and small, in many different states. Like most managers, I believed that all management companies were primarily the same, just different people. That is until I came to work for Dominium Management Services, where I quickly found that they truly believe in their employees.  I say this because of the way they invest time and money into educating their employees and giving praise where praise is due. There is a constant family atmosphere within the company and camaraderie within the ranks that I have never seen with any other company. Dominium Management Services is by far the best company I have ever worked for.

I look forward to retiring with Dominium Management Services in the next 20 or so years and invite all new employee prospects to do the same.

Dominium is far and away the best company I have worked for. There is always an atmosphere of support and cooperation. Throughout my career I have never worked for a company that was so willing to train and support their employees. I started here at Holland Place in Appleton, WI as a Maintenance Technician over 5 years ago. When I decided that a change in career was needed, I was encouraged to try the management side of things.  The training, support and encouragement were great. Dominium continues to offer future growth opportunities for me and that makes it a great place to be.
